IET training course
Introduction to Requirements Engineering
16-17 September 2008Time
Location
London, UK
About the course
Requirements are vital for every development project. Writing requirements seems simple but is not easy. Requirements tools assist with storing requirements and tracking their status, but like any tools, you need to know what you want to achieve with them. This course steps through all the major activities involved in the requirements process. Each activity is clearly explained, and illustrated with examples, exercises and group discussion. Activities include stakeholder analysis, goal modelling, scenario development, identifying qualities and constraints, traceability, validation, tool selection and more.
