EDI resources

Our position in the engineering industry is unique, and it’s vital we utilise our influence to help drive real, positive change. Supporting skilled and passionate candidates from diverse backgrounds to enter and feel welcome within the profession is one of the long-term solutions to improving inclusion in the industry and tackling the engineering skills shortage.

With this in mind, we’ve developed a range of EDI-related resources to support our members and volunteers, and the wider engineering and technology community, in their own journeys to be more inclusive.
