Redundancy Support Programme

At the IET we understand that many people in engineering and technology may be going through economic hardship or be facing career discontinuity. We pride ourselves on being there for our communities when they need us most and providing the correct products and services that allow engineers and technicians to continue their brilliant work.

That is why we have created the IET Redundancy Support Programme, a specially put-together package that can help you get back on track.

This programme has been designed to help you recognise your professional competence and assist you in taking active steps toward increasing your employability.

The support programme is open to both members and non-members of the IET.

  • Bespoke professional registration route
  • Professional skills webinars
  • Career manager workshops
  • Access to the E+T job board
  • Foothold – our benevolent fund
