Continuing Professional Development (CPD) is the ongoing process of tracking and documenting the skills, knowledge and experience you gain both formally and informally as you work.

To ensure our members maintain high professional standards, we ask that you send us proof of your professional development annually.

Career Manager makes this simple by helping you:

  • Set and organise your goals
  • Record your development activities
  • Keep track of the time you’ve spent on your development
  • Submit your completed development declaration.
