Professional Development Mentor

Mentoring is most often defined as a professional relationship in which an experienced person (the mentor) assists another (the mentee) in developing specific skills and knowledge that will enhance the less-experienced person’s professional and personal growth.

The period of appointment is usually at the discretion of the staff member running the mentoring service but will vary depending on the needs of the individual mentee.

Training will be provided, both online and through physical workshops.
