As a member of a Technical Committee, each member will be expected to be actively involved in the discussions about the proposed work and help with the development of a draft document.
This could involve attending scoping meetings, representing the views of a particular institute or group of stakeholders as well as helping to promote the completed standards to your peers.
No formal training is required but volunteers should have at least five years’ experience in the relevant field.
