Our big target for our 150th anniversary year is to raise £2 million from donors which we will match pound for pound.
We began in July 2018 and today our total stands at just over £1.5 million. That means we have already committed £3 million to increase the reach and impact of all our Futures Fund programmes since 2018.
Together, we have been able to ensure thousands more children have the chance to experience engineering and hundreds more students and apprentices are being supported through their studies. But we need your help to reach our goal and to continue this.

Share the Impact Report and the work of the IET Futures Fund directly with your contacts
This is the easiest way for us to get our information to a wider audience and to future donors to help support our schemes. Just a quick email to let them know about the IET Futures Fund is all it takes.
Use your volunteer day to help at one of our Education events
Did you know that many organisations offer a volunteer day each year to their employees? Why not spend yours passing on your knowledge and enthusiasm for engineering and inspire the next generation at the same time by volunteering with our Education Department.
Become a donor yourself
We all know that your wellbeing is extremely important, so why not set yourself a challenge and raise money for the IET’s Futures Fund.
Whether that being a sporting event, doing a bake sale or why not become one of our donors by making a one off donation.
