REflect is back, join us on 29-30 July!

REflect 2021 will be split into two sessions as we look to inspire young people from diverse ethnic backgrounds into STEM as well as demonstrate ways in which companies are working to promote inclusivity in the workplace.

The Youth Session, hosted by our IET Young Woman Engineer 2020 WES Prize winner Shrouk El-Attar, will take place on Thursday 29 July 6-8pm BST.

Here, a variety of speakers will be showcasing the exciting opportunities available within engineering and technology.

It’s a great chance for young people to hear the inspiring stories of some incredible role models as well as gaining valuable career advice and networking opportunities. This session is aimed at 16 to 25 year-olds.

The Business session is aimed at companies, entrepreneurs and STEM professionals.

Our high-profile speakers will provide insight into the under-representation of people from diverse ethnic backgrounds in organisations and what we can all be doing to address and fix this issue from within. This session will take place on Friday 30 July, 10am – 12pm.
