IET London: Savoy Place named a finalist for two awards in the London Venue Awards 2022

Savoy Place is well used by science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM) businesses as well as clients from broader industries championing CSR because of the venue’s sustainability credentials, including its most recent Greengage Platinum ECOsmart accreditation.
Due to the consistency and expertise offered at Savoy Place, we’ve seen over 60% repeat bookers for events at Savoy Place over the past 12 months.
Amid being shortlisted for outstanding customer service, we’ve been celebrating the loyalty of our employees at our venue in central London. Four members of the senior team have been celebrating over a decade of service to the IET and our clients.
Over the past two years, Savoy Place has also adapted to ensure customer events are delivered seamlessly. Savoy Place’s modern conference facilities with robust IT infrastructure have allowed us to facilitate filming and streaming to multiple rooms.
Additional hybrid filming and streaming services supplied to commercial clients by in-house AV specialists, IET.tv, are on track to grow in value by 300% for 2022, compared to 2021.

The London Venue Awards recognise and reward outstanding achievements in London-based venues and catering companies. Other venues shortlisted include Lord’s Cricket Ground, Chelsea FC and The Roundhouse.
