Introduction
The aim of this two-day 'live' online course is to bring out the factors that make the difference between success and failure. It provides key concepts to enable project managers and others to understand the full breadth of project management and offers practical tools to help successful delivery of projects.
During this course, you will be introduced to tools for handling the various aspects of project management – technical, strategic, organisational and people management.

Who should attend?
This programme is aimed at anyone looking for a set of pragmatic techniques to use when delivering projects. It adds the ‘how’ to formal methodologies such as PRINCE2 (although you don’t need a formal project management qualification to benefit from this programme – no prior knowledge or experience is required).

Programme:
A practical two-day 'live' online course involving exercise, case studies, formal presentations and tutor-facilitated discussions.
This programme is delivered 'live online', via Zoom, making full use of the break-out facility so that the same level of interaction between participants and with the programme director can be maintained. The same exercises are used regardless of delivery format. As near as possible, the virtual experience replicates the classroom experience.
'Live online' course programme
The course consists of a short introductory session (20-30 minutes) followed by four ‘Live online classroom’ sessions (2.5 hours each, including a 15-minute break).
It uses a case study as the basis of a series of exercises so that you can try out the techniques as your learning builds.
