Available from within the Knowledge Centre, at Savoy Place.

Ancestry.co.uk’s extensive collection enables members to explore their family history using censuses, the fully indexed birth, marriage and death records, passenger lists, the British phone books, military and parish records.

The IET Archives and Ancestry have worked together to create a database of the membership forms and printed lists of members from 1871-1930. It also includes biographical information and service histories from the IEE World War I Roll of Honour.

We’re upgrading our systems, and this includes changes to our customer and member account log in, MyIET. It’s part of our big picture plan to deliver a great experience for you and our wider engineering community.

Whilst most of our websites remain available for browsing, it will not be possible to log in to purchase products or access services from Thursday, 17 April to Wednesday, 30 April 2025.
