Minutes of AGM 2024

This Members AGM was held on Thursday 20 June 2024.

The Annual General Meeting of the Institution of Engineering and Technology was held on Thursday, 20 June 2024 at 2.00 pm (BST) at the Institution of Engineering and Technology, Savoy Place, London WC2R 0BL, United Kingdom, for the following purposes:

  • To receive the minutes of the previous meeting.
  • To receive a report from the President on the Institution’s achievements in the previous year and its plans for the future.
  • To receive a report from Council.
  • To receive and consider the Trustees Report and Financial Statements for the year ended 31 December 2023.
  • To approve auditors for 2024.
  • Vote of thanks to:
    • The honorary officers and members of all Institution Boards and Committees; 
    • The staff of the Institution.
