2025 Annual General Meeting (AGM)
The Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Institution of Engineering and Technology will be held on Thursday, 19 June 2025 at 2pm (BST), at IET Birmingham: Austin Court, our home in the heart of the midlands. Registration and refreshments will start at 1.30pm.
The event will also be broadcast online.
All members are welcome.
The meeting will include:
- minutes from the previous meeting,
- a report from the President on our past year’s achievements, and future plans,
- a report from Council,
- the Trustees’ Report and Financial Statements for the year ended 31 December 2024,
- approving auditors for 2025, and
- a vote of thanks.

Note: this meeting does not have the power to accept or reject the Trustees’ Report and Financial Statements. Copies of this will be available on the IET website approximately 14 days before the date of the meeting.
