How can I change my email address or postal address?

Visit the 'MyDetails' tab in MyIET. You can use this process when adding an address for the first time, or when replacing it with a new one. If you encounter any issues doing this, contact us and someone will be able to help you.

Please note that any changes to your email address or marketing preferences may take up to 10 days to be reflected.

I wish to unsubscribe from all IET communications – how do I do this?

Log in to MyIET and select the ‘MyInterests’ page and update your ‘communication preferences’ to ‘opt-out of everything’.

You can choose to untick the individual messages that you receive from us, such as newsletters, products and services, local networks, industry topics/interest areas and government consultations.

Alternatively, you can unsubscribe from our email marketing, at any time, by clicking on the ‘unsubscribe’ link at the bottom of the message.

Please note that any changes to your marketing preferences may take up to 10 days to be reflected.
